Rosen Plaza Hotel Orlando Convention Center Williamsburg, Williamsburg

My stay at Rosen Plaza was a mixed bag. While the hotel's staff showed commendable resilience and kindness during a trying time with hurricane evacuations, my initial experience was marred by room issues and service inconsistencies. On the bright side, the facilities and pool area were well-kept, making for an enjoyable respite. Overall, the hotel has potential, especially for families, but there are significant areas needing improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Pointe Orlando with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made for restful nights. I did have a minor hiccup with breakfast service one morning, but the staff went above and beyond to make it right. The only downside was that the hotel could use some updates in certain areas.
